Bamboo Forest — This was in a really old Japanese book, collecting figurative dust. It was used to open and close the book. A two page woodblock print of a bamboo forest with flowers and birds. It was so peaceful and elegant that I had the synthesize it. I added a dark shade of green, but it should be fairly easy to edit the color if you want. None the less, I really hope this finds new use somehow

barbarous murder (2 color) — This is from a picture on a Last Dying Speeches, those were papers sold to the audiences that gathered to witness public executions (the papers explained the crime) in eighteenth- and nineteenth-century Britain. I experimented with having two tones in this one to give it a more "scary" feel

Farmer Woodblock Print — This looked like an old woodblock print to me, and for some reason I wanted to do it in dark brown instead of black and white. Maybe brown like the earth he is digging in? Or the manure he is spreading on his fields? Who knows
